NSTC Basic Research Core Facility | General Questions
The administrative office of the Guiyi Center of National Yangming Jiaotong University is located in the R&D Director Room on the eighth floor of the Haoran Library on the Guangfu Campus of the university.
1. The plan is locked: If the host fails to pay any reservation experiment fee, the reservation authority of all projects under the name will be locked until the overdue payment is settled. 2. Unreported academic performance: Your laboratory has used the instrument in the first half of the year, but has not yet reported the output of relevant academic papers. How to join the program:

2. For other research personnel, such as full-time and part-time assistants (core facility technicians), please confirm whether the project use agreement signed by the applicant and the project host has been returned to the designated certification center. 3. Please confirm whether the newly added plan execution period has expired.
Only recruiting postdoctoral/student status has the function of joining special projects. If the user is a researcher or recruiting researcher, since he has the qualifications to be a project host, he can directly make an appointment with the project without adding the special project function.
If the project host is unable to sign in person due to going abroad or taking a long vacation, please obtain the consent of the project host through email or communication software, and upload the message and the approved plan use agreement to the new project application interface. Follow the same procedure to send for review.

If the identity of the researcher is a moderator or a research scholar, if he does not have a National Science Council plan, he can still use the National Science Council academic research and development service web account to make an appointment after password-logging. 2. Register as overpayment: Subsequent usage fees will be deducted from the overpayment. When the deduction is insufficient, the user will be notified to make up the difference.
After the project host and the payment amount are verified through the virtual account system, the school will ask the cashier team to issue a receipt, and then send the receipt to the project host’s department/laboratory by registered mail for hosting The person reimburses the account and writes off after verification.

Common Instruments of Yangming Campus | Payment Problems
1. On-campus units: The dry ice and core facilities are charged for use. The center will use the accumulative method to issue accounts every 2 months, and send a payment notice every odd-numbered month. You can choose to pay by planned transfer, cash or credit card payment in the cashier’s group, or remittance payment;Fill out the "Fund Transfer Application Form" according to the instructions.

YM Campus Common Instruments | Problems in Using Instruments
The common instruments on the Yangming Campus are divided into three categories: core facilities, general instruments and escrow instruments, which are located in the Yangming Campus Biomedical Engineering Hall, Nursing Hall, Tuzi Building, Biomedical Building and Shouren Building. For detailed instrument information, you can go to each instrument information page of the center's website for inquiries. 1. Core facilities and general instruments: imaging core facilities, flow cytometer core facilities, mass spectrometer facilities, high-speed centrifuges, ultra-high-speed centrifuges and high-efficiency vacuum concentration centrifuges need to obtain certification before using the instruments.
2. Hosted instrument: It is handled in accordance with the regulations of each hosting unit. Please refer to the information on the dedicated page of the instrument.
Please call the campus extension 62832 to contact the center staff to confirm whether the previous instrument certification qualifications are correct. After checking the certification information, you will be granted the right to use the instrument without re-authentication.
During working hours, you can inquire at the nearest offices, and the center staff will help you troubleshoot problems, or you can call extension 62382 for assistance.
If an instrument failure occurs during non-working hours, please turn off the power and suspend use, and record the failure situation in detail in the log book, so as to facilitate subsequent troubleshooting as soon as possible; in addition, you can also go to the center to inquire about the location of the same type of equipment, and go to other equipment rooms use.
The center conducts various instrument teaching courses in spring, summer and autumn every year. Course information is announced on the website and online registration is open. Interested users are welcome to participate actively.
When the instrument is damaged due to the use of the center's instrument, the manufacturer should issue an appraisal report, and the user and his instructor will negotiate with the director of the instrument resource center to discuss compensation matters. You can log in to the course registration system by yourself, log in to the system as early as possible before the class starts, and cancel online.

1. Off-campus users:
